John B drops his latest EP Beta, featuring two tracks "When The Time Comes" and "Dancing in the Dark". Both of these tracks are proper hybrid drum n bass business.

The track "When The Time Comes" has a driving electro-synth and sounds like the kind of tune you would expect to hear playing in a club, if you had been transported into the future. Top job.

"Dancing in the Dark", whilst originally I thought John B might be remixing Bruce Springsteen -- from the first couple of bars, I knew I was wrong and was instead treated to some dnb goodness. The tracks features distorted, slapping drums and a melodical high pitched tune. With other synths straight from the 80s along with computerized vocals, this track is sure to get the dancefloor going.

The cover also features 80s monochrome computer graphics.
